PAYMENT/ REFUND POLICY

All sales are final. Refunds must be requested 5 days prior to an event in writing or by email. Credits may be issued to be used for future event registrations. (Cancellation rules are different for the Managers Seminar.)

Information on joining WCASHRM!  Join the local SHRM affiliated chapter!

Join your fellow HR professionals to be a part of a dynamic organization. Enhance your career and your knowledge and join today!Due to the continued success of the Managers Seminar, the WCASHRM Board of Directors voted to waive the membership dues for WCASHRM members who are also SHRM members. This will only apply to members with WCASHRM as their PRIMARY CHAPTER. (IMPORTANT: Please provide your SHRM # on your application, so we can verify that you are a SHRM member.) Once you join, your membership is automatically renewed unless you advise otherwise.

Membership is free for national SHRM members who designate WCASHRM as your primary chapter. (You should provide the chapter with your SHRM ID on your membership application.) If you are a member of another Arkansas Chapter or not a national SHRM member, membership dues should be remitted to join WCASHRM. (Note: Dues are pro-rated after the 3rd quarter.)

PLEASE BE SURE TO REGISTER ONLINE FOR OUR MONTHLY MEETINGS!

Members are asked to register in advance for the monthly meetings. Members have the option to prepay for all monthly meals, register and pay online prior to the meeting, or register and pay at the meeting. A Board Member will email new Members with a Member ID and Password to log-in to the Member Area.  (Members can also email [email protected] to request their login information.) As a reminder, the deadline to register is always the Friday before the meeting. (Late registrants will pay a $2 late charge.) Please note the following when registering for a monthly meeting:

Select the Pre-paid Meal Ticket $0 if you pre-paid your meals when you joined or renewed your membership.
Select the Member Ticket $8 (or $10 if late fee applies) when registering to attend and eat.
Select the Attending, but not eating Ticket $0 when registering to attend but not eating.
Select the Guest Ticket $10 when registering a guest - Email [email protected] if this is a 1st time guest to have the charge waived.
Members should receive an email confirmation - Email [email protected] if you do not receive an email confirmation.


Not Getting our Emails?

We email the Newsletter monthly and the meeting notices 2-4 times (Depending on your registration status). If you are a member and not receiving our emails, please add us to your email system's whitelist.

If you are having trouble receiving mail from your organization, a firewall or spam filtering service is likely the cause of the issue. However, you can white list several domains and IP addresses to ensure safe delivery. Depending on your e-mail service, you may be able to do this yourself, or you may need the assistance of your IT administrator. We recommend white listing the following:

Messages from the organization will usually have the same reply-to email address on them (visible if you start to reply to the message). Adding [email protected] to your address book or contact list can also help ensure delivery. Adding [email protected] to the address book or contact list can also help. These changes can be helpful if e-mails are being reported as bounced, too.


WCASHRM will use images of attendees from time to time in marketing, promotional, recruiting, and other materials. By attending the conference, the attendee consents to the use of their image as outlines below. If the attendee does not consent, they should contact WCASHRM to ‘opt out’. WCASHRM may use their image likeness in print or electronic media for advertising, recruiting or promotional purposes and attendees will not receive any royalty or other consideration for the use of the image. If the attendee does not ‘opt out’ and consents to participate, WCASHRM will be the exclusive owner of all rights, including, but not limited to, copyrights, in and to the specific images taken for use in perpetuity and in any medium. This policy does not change or diminish in any way the attendee’s right to their own likeness. The attendee will not necessarily have the opportunity in all cases to review or approve the image before it is used.
