Debra Finney is the Outreach & Education Manager for the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission’s Memphis District. She is responsible for the Outreach and Education program in Arkansas, Tennessee and North Mississippi. As Outreach & Education Manager she is a frequent speaker at conferences, meetings and other events throughout the district, and nation. She trains at the National EXCEL Conference and is a collateral duty trainer for Office of Federal Operations. She began her career with EEOC in 1981 and, prior to becoming Outreach & Education Manager, was an Investigator in the Little Rock Area Office for 23 years.

Member Steve Ezelle who works with our local veterans through the Arkansas Department of Workforce Services will ensure they benefit from the Chapter’s generous donations. Transportation passes can be purchased (cash or check only - No credit or debit cards accepted) at the Hot Springs Transportation Depot (located at 100 Broadway Terr) or bring a check made payable to the City of Hot Springs or cash to the meeting and we will purchase the passes for you. Monthly bus passes cost $41.25 or Coupon books (10 rides) - $9.25.
