WCASHRM represents all the major segments of human resource management in the private and public business sectors in West Central Arkansas, which consists of the following counties: Garland, Hot Spring, Clark, Pike, and Montgomery.

WCASHRM is known for its commitment to represent the Human Resource profession and serve its members by providing relevant and timely business topics and speakers of interest for monthly membership meetings.
